Pattern Testing: CKC Baby Paxlynn
Exciting news today….. Create Kids Couture is releasing a new pattern today, the Baby Paxlynn Dress. I got to be part of the testing team for this sweet little dress, and you are guys are going to love it!
The Baby Paxlynn is an adorable knit dress. I love that it takes a simple dress silhouette and elevates it with some cool pockets! I’ve done pockets before, but this was a different method for me. I was intimidated for about 2 seconds, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The pockets are such a fun feature and best of all my baby LOVES them. She gets to put her treasures in there and carry them around with her. They were also great for me to stash treats in to bribe her while I took pictures!
I used double brushed poly fabric from Knit Pop and it is SO soft! I actually made my sister a dress in this fabric, that hopefully I’ll be able to bog about soon, and had just enough left over to make this dress. Now they can have Auntie and Me outfits 🙂
You can pick up your copy of the pattern here. It’s on sale and you can get it for a special introductory price. Don’t have a baby? No worries! CKC also released the Paxlynn dress for older girls too, so there is something for everybody. I really enjoyed testing this pattern and I would definitely recommend trying it out.
